AT&T Store

I want to commend Dimante on his professionalism, courtesy, and patience. I do not live in Sioux City but my Dad still does. He doesn’t speak much English and is not tech savvy. Dimante provided excellent customer service and assisted my Dad with replacing his phone and services. Greatly appreciate him and his hard work.

I don't even know where to begin. 2 months ago I went into the store to sign up for an account. They signed me up for a business account and did not consult me about it. So needless to say when I got my first bill it was close to $600 for three phone lines. I went into the store I spent 4 hours in the store trying to get my account switched to a consumer account. I spent another 4 hours the next day trying to be able to even log on to my account I spent hours and hours on phone support and always get connected to a business account even though I no longer have. To this day I'm still not able to log on to my account and no one can seem to help me. This is so frustrating. I am truly regretting signing up with AT& T

This at&t store has a different manager since last time I was there. Duy is amazing. He gave me the BEST customer service. He got super busy and was able to help all of us in there in a timely manner by himself! He truly cares about his customers and seems to love his job! Has a great personality. He gave me an AMAZING deal on my new devices. I left very happy! I recommend anyone to this at&t store!

By far, the best service experienced in a wireless store! Both Duy and Chris have worked patiently with my elderly mother, through all of her many phone issues (after dropping it in water), over several weeks. While visiting the store with my mom, for her much needed phone upgrade, the two of them couldn't have been more professional or courteous. I also observed their interactions with other customers and they were always helpful and polite. A few days later, my mom returned to the store when she was having an issue recovering all of her calendar events, and sure enough, they were happy to help her, and we able to recover many important appointments. Hoping their manager sees this review and recognizes them amongst their peers, as both of them displayed excellent sales and customer service skills!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided. I am even more disgusted to find out that my warranty for my galaxy Z flip has now been voided due to the employees careless actions of trying to remove the screen protector, and when I asked why you would remove it if you knew it would void the warranty and was told he was trying to do me a favor.
